Manufacturers & Suppliers of Energy Efficient Lighting
LSLCo refurbished broiler house replacing compact fluorescents (CFLs) and lighting control. The existing CFLs current use was 874 Kwh with a lamp life approximately 6,500 hours. The CFLS positions also offered poor light spread and illuminated only pools of light within the house.
The new LED linear lights installed only uses 350 Kwh of energy with a lamp life of 35,000 hours and provides an even spread of light. More importantly as the linear lights are IP66 they could stay in situ during wash down whereas the CFLs would be removed before any wash down making it difficult see if all areas have been cleaned.
